Terms Used In Montana Code 27-2-207
- action: as used in this chapter , is to be construed, whenever it is necessary to do so, as including a special proceeding of a civil nature. See Montana Code 27-2-101
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
