39-51-2401. Claims to be made in accordance with rules — notice of coverage. Claims for benefits must be made in accordance with rules adopted by the department. Each employer shall post and maintain printed statements of the notice of coverage that is prepared and distributed by the department in places readily accessible to individuals in the employer’s service. The notice of coverage must be supplied by the department to each employer without cost to the employer.

- Benefits: means the money payments payable to an individual, as provided in this chapter, with respect to the individual's unemployment. See Montana Code 39-51-201
- Department: means the department of labor and industry provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 17. See Montana Code 39-51-201
