46-30-215. Execution of warrant. The warrant must authorize the peace officer or other person to whom it is directed to arrest the accused at any time and any place where the accused may be found within the state, to command the aid of all peace officers or other persons in the execution of the warrant, and to deliver the accused, subject to the provisions of this chapter, to the duly authorized agent of the demanding state.

  • Peace officer: means any person who by virtue of the person's office or public employment is vested by law with a duty to maintain public order and make arrests for offenses while acting within the scope of the person's authority. See Montana Code 46-1-202
  • Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
