52-7-102. Children’s trust fund account — nonsupplantation of funds. (1) There is a children’s trust fund account in the state special revenue fund in the state treasury. The money in the account is allocated to the Montana children’s trust fund board, provided for in 2-15-2214, for funding services and activities under and payment of administrative costs of the child abuse and neglect prevention program provided for in 52-7-101.
