76-7-107. Public body powers. In connection with environmental control sites acquired or designated as environmental control easements for the purposes of this chapter, a public body may provide, arrange, or contract for the monitoring of the environmental control sites as necessary to ensure that the environmental control sites are being used only for the purposes permitted by the terms of the environmental control easement and are not being used in a manner that is prohibited or restricted by the terms of the environmental control easement.
