81-20-209. Revocation of license. A license issued by the department under this part may be revoked by the department when the holder of the license fails to comply with the laws of this state that apply to the conduct of the business under the license. If a firm, person, or corporation whose license has been revoked by the department continues to buy, sell, or deal in eggs without a license, the firm, person, or corporation is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to the penalties provided for in 81-20-208.
