81-29-102. Control of feral swine. A person, a state agency, or a federal agency authorized by the state or the federal government is allowed to control or eradicate feral swine.
Terms Used In Montana Code 81-29-102
- Feral swine: means a hog, boar, or pig that appears to be untamed, undomesticated, or in a wild state or appears to be contained for commercial hunting or trapping. See Montana Code 81-29-101
- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
