- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- Person: means an individual or any legal or commercial entity, including a corporation, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, or joint venture. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
No person shall by force, threats, or fraud release any animal impounded under the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 3:2572.
Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
