Louisiana State University at Alexandria is an institution within the Louisiana State University system and under the supervision and management of the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 17:3215.  This school shall be located in the vicinity of the city of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
