Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 47:465
- Commissioner: means the secretary of the Department of Public Safety as provided for in La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 47:451
- Motorcycle: means every motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, except any such vehicles as may be included within the classification "tractor" as herein defined. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 47:451
For each motorcycle an annual registration or license tax of three dollars ($3.00) shall be collected by the commissioner, or through such agency as he might designate.
