If any provision of ORS § 31.800 to 31.820 or the application thereof to any person is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of ORS § 31.800 to 31.820 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of ORS § 31.800 to 31.820 are severable.
