Any person may act as attorney for another in a justice court, except a person or officer serving any process in the action or proceeding, other than a subpoena.

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
