Subject to the provisions of ORS § 72.6120 on breach in installment contracts and unless otherwise agreed under ORS § 72.7180 and 72.7190 on contractual limitations of remedy, if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:

- Buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See Oregon Statutes 72.1030
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
(1) Reject the whole; or
(2) Accept the whole; or
(3) Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest. [1961 c.726 § 72.6010]
