A person who files a notice or claim of lien under this chapter may add to the amount of the claim, as contained in the notice, the amount of fees actually paid for the recording or filing of the lien notice, and such amount thereupon shall become part of the lien against the property described in the notice. - Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
