For the purposes of ORS § 127.005 to 127.045:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 127.002
- Attorney-in-fact: A person who, acting as an agent, is given written authorization by another person to transact business for him (her) out of court.
(1) ‘Agent’ includes an attorney-in-fact.
(2) ‘Financially incapable’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 125.005.
