A commercial coventurer shall keep a final accounting for each commercial fund raising solicitation that it conducts for a period of three years following the completion of the campaign. A commercial coventurer shall provide such an accounting for each commercial fund raising solicitation it conducts not later than 20 days after it is requested by the Attorney General or any nonprofit beneficiary.
