The State Chief Information Officer and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may adopt rules to implement the provisions of ORS § 276A.203 (4)(a)(O), as amended by section 1, chapter 48, Oregon Laws 2016, and ORS § 192.180, including but not limited to rules establishing procedures for compiling public records that are stored in electronic form.
