Oregon Statutes 223.430 – Publication of notice of reassessment; contents
After the proposed reassessment is filed in the office of the recorder, the recorder shall give notice thereof by not less than four successive publications in a newspaper published in the city in which the principal offices of the local government are located and, if there is no newspaper published in the city, in a newspaper to be designated by the governing body. The notice shall show that the proposed reassessment is on file in the office of the recorder, giving the date of the passage of the resolution authorizing it, the boundaries of the district or a statement of the property affected by the proposed reassessment, and specifying the time and place where the governing body will hear and consider objections to the proposed reassessment by any parties aggrieved thereby.
