In addition to methods now provided by law, charters, ordinances or acts of incorporation for the foreclosure or collection of liens, any local government may foreclose any lien lawfully levied or assessed by it, by suit in equity in the circuit court of the county in which the local government is located. - local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
