Suits authorized by ORS § 223.610 shall be governed by ORS § 88.010 to 88.100 and 93.760 and by all other laws relating to suits in equity insofar as applicable, except as otherwise provided in ORS § 223.610 to 223.650. [Amended by 1987 c.586 § 48a]
