Local governments, as defined in ORS § 174.116, shall participate in the implementation of the state economic development strategy developed under ORS § 284.570 by demonstrating a willingness to:
(1) Coordinate local economic development plans with the state economic development strategy; and
(2) Expedite amendments to comprehensive plans and land use regulations. [2003 c.800 § 29]
