The executive officer of the administrative office for the county, upon the written request of any district school board, may make a partial apportionment to any district of any money due it at the time of making a regular apportionment under ORS § 328.015, and apportion the remainder at the next regular apportionment. The county treasurer shall pay any partial apportionment made under this section. [Amended by 1963 c.544 § 19; 1965 c.100 § 48]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 328.030
- Administrative office for the county: means the administrative office of the education service district, or of any common school district that includes an entire county. See Oregon Statutes 328.001
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
