The Commission for the Blind shall cause to be compiled and maintained as complete as possible a register of persons in Oregon who are blind, which shall describe the extent of blindness, cause of blindness and such other facts in regard to each person so registered as the commission may deem advisable. [Amended by 2007 c.70 § 120]
