During the term of the forest road contract, all exemptions, privileges and rights granted or provided for by ORS § 376.305 to 376.390, and by the provisions of the contract made pursuant thereto, are limited to the forest road contractor, the agents and subcontractors of the forest road contractor, and to such other logging operators as may meet the provisions required to be included in the contract by ORS § 376.345 (6). This section does not, however, prevent the use of the forest contract road by the general public. [Amended by 1953 c.370 § 5]
