Army and air technicians are federal civilian employees authorized by section 709, title 32, United States Code and paid from federal funds allocated to the state. As such they are subject to the jurisdiction and control of the Adjutant General. [1961 c.454 § 23; 1969 c.367 § 1]

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
