(1) Any loss for which this state or its agencies may be liable to reimburse the federal government, in accordance with federal laws or regulations applicable to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, shall be paid from funds appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the purposes of ORS § 411.806 to 411.845.
