Any person affected by any decision or order of the Department of Human Services made pursuant to ORS § 418.625 to 418.645 may appeal therefrom to the Court of Appeals as provided in ORS § 183.480 for the review of orders in contested cases. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 418.645

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
