Oregon Statutes 431A.402 – Healthy Homes Repair Fund
(1) There is established in the State Treasury the Healthy Homes Repair Fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Healthy Homes Repair Fund is credited to the fund. The purpose of the fund is to:

- state government: means the executive department, the judicial department and the legislative department. See Oregon Statutes 174.111
- State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(a) Fund grants to eligible entities under the Healthy Homes Program established under ORS § 431A.400; and
(b) Pay for the administrative expenses of the Oregon Health Authority in establishing, implementing and administering the Healthy Homes Program under ORS § 431A.400.
(2) The fund consists of:
(a) Money appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly;
(b) Grant funds repaid under ORS § 431A.400 (6);
(c) Moneys transferred to the fund from the federal or state government;
(d) Application fees received under ORS § 431A.400, if any; and
(e) Gifts, grants and donations received from any source. [2021 c.622 § 2]
