The Long Term Care Ombudsman Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All miscellaneous receipts, gifts and federal and other grants received by the Long Term Care Ombudsman shall be deposited into the Long Term Care Ombudsman Account and are continuously appropriated to the Long Term Care Ombudsman for carrying out the responsibilities of the office of the Long Term Care Ombudsman. - State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
