The Department of Justice by rule shall prohibit any licensee from allowing any person to spend more than 40 hours in any one week administering or operating the licensee’s games. [1987 c.914 § 5; 1991 c.274 § 4; 2001 c.228 § 5; 2017 c.60 § 3]
