Except as provided in ORS § 536.015, all moneys collected under the provisions of ORS § 543.010 to 543.610 shall forthwith be paid to the State Treasurer and become a part of the General Fund. [Amended by 1985 c.674 § 10; 1991 c.869 § 10]
