A local government or municipality may not, after June 13, 2019, enact an ordinance, resolution, regulation, rule or other law with requirements that differ from the provisions set forth in ORS § 616.892. [2019 c.362 § 2]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 616.894

  • local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
