All fees received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS § 625.010 to 625.270 shall be deposited in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund and are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out ORS § 625.010 to 625.270. [Amended by 1979 c.499 § 25]
