In any action brought by a dealer against a manufacturer, distributor or importer under ORS § 650.120 to 650.170, any violation of ORS § 650.140 or 650.150 by a manufacturer, distributor or importer may be considered an irreparable injury to the dealer for determining if a temporary restraining order should be issued. [1991 c.609 § 2]

- Temporary restraining order: Prohibits a person from an action that is likely to cause irreparable harm. This differs from an injunction in that it may be granted immediately, without notice to the opposing party, and without a hearing. It is intended to last only until a hearing can be held.
