Each public university listed in ORS § 352.002 and each community college, as defined in ORS § 341.005, may require persons authorized to practice a profession regulated by a board, as defined in ORS § 676.850, who provide services to students at health care facilities located on a campus of the public university or community college to provide proof of completing cultural competency continuing education approved by the Oregon Health Authority under ORS § 413.450.
