A lapse, surrender, suspension or other change in license status does not affect any authority otherwise granted the Construction Contractors Board to proceed with an investigation, conduct a disciplinary hearing or take disciplinary action against a person for a violation of this chapter or rules of the board, or to determine a timely complaint described in ORS § 701.140. [Formerly 701.103]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 701.112
- Board: means the Construction Contractors Board. See Oregon Statutes 701.005
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
