The revocation, suspension or surrender of any license shall not impair or affect the rights or obligations of any preexisting lawful contract between the licensee and any borrower. [Amended by 1955 c.71 § 11]

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Licensee: means a person licensed under this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 725.010
