(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section a group life insurance policy shall contain in substance the provisions described in ORS § 743.309 to 743.342.

(2) The provisions described in ORS § 743.327 to 743.339 shall not apply to policies of group credit life insurance. [1967 c.359 § 413]
