Insurance issued or delivered by a fraternal benefit society against the risk of economic loss assumed under a less than fully insured employee health benefit plan is subject to ORS § 742.065. Such insurance is subject to ORS § 748.603 but is otherwise not subject to the provisions of ORS Chapter 748. [1993 c.649 § 4]
