(1) In any action or other proceeding subject to a fee under ORS § 21.155, a $167 fee must be paid by the party filing a motion that seeks entry of a supplemental judgment and by a party responding to the motion.

- Settlement: Parties to a lawsuit resolve their difference without having a trial. Settlements often involve the payment of compensation by one party in satisfaction of the other party's claims.
(2) The fee provided for in subsection (1) of this section does not apply to any motion under ORCP 68, 69 or 71.
