(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the office.

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Signature: means any embodiment of a person's intent to sign a document. See Oregon Statutes 60.001
(2) The provisions of ORS § 56.110 shall apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter. [1987 c.52 § 11]
