A seller of a manufactured dwelling who is subject to ORS § 446.661 to 446.756 must provide notice under ORS § 90.870 if the manufactured dwelling is to be placed in a facility and the seller:

- Facility: means a manufactured dwelling park or a marina. See Oregon Statutes 90.100
- Manufactured dwelling: includes an accessory building or structure. See Oregon Statutes 90.100
- Rent: means any payment to be made to the landlord under the rental agreement, periodic or otherwise, in exchange for the right of a tenant and any permitted pet to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others and to use the premises. See Oregon Statutes 90.100
(1) Pays a portion of the rent for the dwelling; or
(2) Provides financing or assists the buyer in arranging financing that results in a party taking a purchase money security interest in the dwelling and the seller knows that a portion of the proceeds from the financing is to be used to pay a portion of the rent for the dwelling.
