(1) At the time specified in the declaration, but not later than 90 days after expiration of any period of declarant control reserved under ORS § 94.600, or 90 days after conveying 10 lots in the planned community if there is not a period of declarant control, the declarant shall call a meeting for the purpose of turning over administrative responsibility for the planned community to the homeowners association.

(2) The declarant shall give notice of the meeting to each owner as provided in the bylaws.

(3) If the declarant does not call a meeting under this section within the required time, the transitional advisory committee formed under ORS § 94.604 or any owner may call a meeting and give notice as required in this section. [1981 c.782 § 65; 1999 c.677 § 10]
