A court of this state shall accord full faith and credit to an order issued by another state and consistent with ORS § 109.701 to 109.834 that enforces a child custody determination by a court of another state unless the order has been vacated, stayed or modified by a court having jurisdiction to do so under ORS § 109.741 to 109.771. [1999 c.649 § 35]

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
