The alteration of the boundaries of a district under ORS § 267.250 to 267.263 is not subject to the jurisdiction or review of a local government boundary commission. [1987 c.799 § 7; 2007 c.239 § 14]

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
