For the purposes of ORS § 276.002 to 276.007 and 276.010 to 276.137, the State Treasurer, with the approval of the investing agency, as defined in ORS § 276.110, may invest not to exceed seven percent of the moneys in any appropriate fund included in the investment funds, as defined in ORS § 293.701, on such terms and conditions as the State Treasurer, the investing agency and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services determine.
