(1) If the Department of Transportation determines that it is necessary or desirable to issue infrastructure bonds to provide moneys for the Oregon Transportation Infrastructure Fund, the department shall ask the State Treasurer to issue infrastructure bonds.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 367.025
- Infrastructure bonds: means bonds authorized by ORS § 367. See Oregon Statutes 367.010
- Infrastructure fund: means the Oregon Transportation Infrastructure Fund. See Oregon Statutes 367.010
(2) Infrastructure bonds shall be issued as provided in ORS Chapter 286A. [1997 c.679 § 5; 2001 c.536 § 9; 2003 c.794 § 266; 2007 c.783 § 163]
