The Oregon Health Authority shall develop treatment programs, meeting minimum standards adopted pursuant to ORS § 430.357, to assist drug-dependent persons to become persons who are able to live healthy and productive lives without the use of any natural or synthetic opiates. [Formerly 430.240]
430.254 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 430 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
