Oregon Statutes 430.651 – Use of population data in funding formula
(1) If the Oregon Health Authority uses a formula for allocating to counties moneys, and if the formula includes population as a factor in determining the amount of each allocation, the authority shall calculate the formula annually using the most current population data that is available.
(2) The authority shall use as the source of the population data required by subsection (1) of this section the primary population research center that is part of Portland State University. [Formerly 430.693; 2013 c.768 § 143]
