(1) General obligation or revenue bonds shall be of such denominations as the district board determines, except that no bonds shall be of a denomination greater than $5,000.

- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- United States: includes territories, outlying possessions and the District of Columbia. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
